Archit is passionate about the Alternative Investments Market and aims at enabling
finance professionals to hone the niche skills within this market. Up skilling is a
must for every professional, in the today’s tech-driven industry. To achieve this
vision, he founded CareerTopper, a pioneer in Alternative Investments education,
through Customized Live Training Sessions and Corporate training Sessions in India.
The start-up works for Indian Regulators, Banks, Mutual Funds, Foreign Universities,
Start-up Accelerators and a number of Training Institutes and B-schools.
CareerTopper is being accelerated by Zone Startups, India.
As his long-term vision, Archit is working towards improvising Deal Structuring and
Ongoing due diligence process to ensure increased credibility and transparency in
private deals. He is also involved in building a tech-based platform, which uses
Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning techniques in the Due Diligence and
Background Investigation process. He is a member of IMDDA – Investment Management
Due Diligence Association, USA and has gained prior experience in Due Diligence
function, while handling the IPO process for Bombay Stock Exchange.
Archit has previously worked in Ernst & Young (EY) and Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE
Ltd.) in areas, inter-alia including, Regulations, Compliance, IPO, Information
Management Systems, Investment Analysis, Audit and Finance. During my stint at BSE,
he played a major role in the Cyber Crime Taskforce, formed by the International
Organization of Securities Commission (IOSCO), which advises Financial Institutions
and Exchanges across the globe on the emerging risks of cyber-crime.
Archit is a Chapter Executive of the CAIA Association India Chapter and a Member of
Expert Group formed by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), for
up-gradation of curriculum and screening startups for their startup accelerator. He
likes to write books and articles on the Alternative Investments industry and is a
regular speaker at national and international forums. He loves playing cricket every
Sunday as a stress-buster, apart from listening to music and travelling.
